Handling more than one position at a single company

If you had more than one position at a single employer, follow these instructions for the best way to enter the data on your MTheater Resume builder.

  1. For the first entry, enter only the Company Name, Location and in the FROM Year field, the most recent year of Employment (ex. FROM – TO). Leave the TO field blank.
  2. For each position, create a separate new entry, leaving the company name and location blank. Enter the details as well as the FROM – TO years for each position held.
  3. Follow step 2 for all positions.

The screenshot example below shows two positions held at The Accounting and Resource Co. (Engineering Associate & Office Manager). As you see, the entries are still organized by year when using this method.
